Cunningham House is set in the heart of Pirbright, a beautiful village in Surrey.
Situated on School Lane, it is within easy walking distance of the dispensing doctors’ surgery, the village hall, two pubs, a traditional village green with a duck pond, a children’s playground, and football and cricket pitches, and St Michael & All Angels Church. There is easy access to the main line train station in the neighbouring village of Brookwood, and the local bus stop, with routes to Guildford and Woking, is just around the corner.
Pirbright is an active community which prides itself on being warm and inclusive. It has a number of clubs and societies including the Rawlins Club – dedicated to the over 60s, with monthly meetings and a varied calendar of talks – and a monthly WI meeting.
