Facilities

Cunningham House is a single storey detached purpose-built property offering nine ground floor bedrooms. Residents have their own key to the House and to their bedrooms, so they can come and go as they please. They furnish their rooms with personal possessions.

The rooms differ slightly in size and orientation; some have kitchenettes, and each has access to a small private garden with seating area, and the communal landscaped gardens beyond.

Each room also has an en-suite toilet and wash basin, and plans are underway to add showers to some of our rooms.

Just like in a large family home, residents share fully equipped bath/shower rooms and a laundry/utility room. For socialising and at mealtimes, we have a dining room, a comfortable lounge, and a lovely outdoor seating area.

There is off-road car parking available for residents and visitors, and free broadband and WiFi in all the rooms.

Our Fees

As a non-profit making organisation, run by a handful of paid staff and a large body of volunteers, are fees start from £1585 a month.
